1. General Conditions

By accessing or buying from GreenVista, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Nature of Produce

GreenVista delivers fresh farm produce. Please acknowledge that:

• Natural Variations: Fruits may vary in size, color, and shape from the images shown website. Imperfections are natural.
• Weight Loss: Fresh fruits may lose moisture (and slightly reduce in weight) during transit. We pack slightly extra to account for this.
• Harvest Dates: Harvest dates are estimates based on fruit maturity. Weather conditions may cause delays of 1-2 days.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are determined by batch quality and market rates.

• You agree to pay a 20% Advance to confirm your booking.
• The remaining amount is payable upon delivery (COD or UPI).
• Prices listed are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery & Logistics

We currently deliver only within Gujarat state. GreenVista is not liable for delays caused by external logistics partners, traffic, or weather conditions, though we will assist in tracking and resolution.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

GreenVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or consumption of our products, beyond the value of the order placed.
