1. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Harvest: You can cancel your order anytime up to 24 hours before the scheduled harvest date for a full refund.
- After Harvest/Dispatch: Once the fruits are harvested or dispatched, cancellations are not accepted due to the perishable nature of the product.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to deliver the freshest fruits. Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged/Spoiled Products: If you receive fruits that are damaged or spoiled, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a 100% refund or send a replacement.
- Non-Delivery: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to harvest issues or logistics, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).
3. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, please refer to our Refund Policy above for a replacement or refund.
