Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

Currently, we deliver exclusively to Gujarat.
Our farm is located in Sirohi, Rajasthan (bordering Gujarat), allowing us to ensure fruits reach you within optimal freshness windows. We are working to expand our delivery network to other states soon.

2. Shipping Timeline

Since we practice Harvest-on-Order, our shipping timeline works as follows:

• Order Confirmation: You book your batch in advance.
• Harvest Day: Fruits are harvested on the scheduled date mentioned during booking.
• Dispatch: Orders are packed and dispatched within 12-24 hours of harvest.
• Delivery: You will receive your fresh box within 2-3 days of dispatch, depending on your city in Gujarat.

3. Shipping Charges

- Orders above ₹2,000.00: FREE Shipping
- Orders below ₹2,000.00: Flat rate of ₹50.00 per order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS and Email. You can also track your order status from your "My Bookings" page on our website.
